WHAT WE SELL
We only sell official and / or legal items. We do not sell illegal items, be they pirated or bootlegs. Please do not contact us with questions concerning illegal items as we will not enter into communication concerning these.
PAYMENT METHODS
Through this site you can order using most major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express) using our secure online ordering system operated by SagePay, one of the UK's leading providers of secure online card transactions.
For customers enquiring about PayPal, please read this.
Before long we hope to add the facility for you to pay by PayPal, but until that time our current system is equally as secure and relaible.
In keeping with most major online retailers we have our own credit facility with our bank and our card payments are handled through SagePay, a major and secure UK 'gateway provider'. We do realise the PayPal also offers a service for those who do not have a credit card, however if you wish to order from us and you don't have a credit card, we suggest you get a friend to order on your behalf or alternatively you can pay by cheque as detailed below.
NON CARD PAYMENTS
If you do not wish to pay by credit or debit card we accept cheques but they MUST be drawn on a UK bank in STERLING ONLY.
Overseas customers who are unsure about how to pay by this method should contact us first.
Payment details: All store prices EXCLUDE postage & packing.
Email us to enquire about postage for your order before sending cheques. We will send you a pro-forma invoice with all the details.
All cheques should be made payable to WYMER UK.
Please write your name & address on the back of all cheques.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND CHEQUES IN FOREIGN CURRENCIES!
THEY WILL BE RETURNED AND YOUR ORDER DELAYED.

Cash payments in Sterling, Euros or US Dollars can be accepted as a last resort, however cash must be paper money only, and sent by registered mail. We cannot accept any liability for lost cash that is not sent registered. NOTE: Please contact first for exchange rates before sending cash in Foreign currencies.
Direct bank transfer payments:
Overseas customers please write or email if you would like to pay by direct bank transfer and we will let you know what is required.
Special notice to Overseas customers: If paying by a cheque that is being sent directly from a Bank or Post Office please mention this when ordering and if possible send a copy of the details provided by your bank or at least quote the cheque number with your correspondence.

POST & PACKING / DESPATCH
We try and ensure that your order is sent in good quality packing though on rare occasions things can be delivered in an unsatisfactory condition. Normally this is the responsibility of the postal company that delivers the package to your door. In such circumstances we can normally claim compensation from the Post Office on your behalf, subject to proof of damage. Call us if you need more information on this. Similar schemes probably operate in other countries and overseas customers are advised to contact your main Post Office for details on how to claim for damaged goods.
If your delivery does arrive damaged, if you have the facility to take digital photos, we strongly recommend that you do this and email them to us as this will help to validate any claim.
Goods are normally mailed out within two weeks (most within a week) of receiving your order but sometimes can take longer. If you have not received your goods within four weeks we will contact you to explain why.
FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that anything you receive appears to be faulty, please contact us within seven days of receiving the goods before sending anything back and we will sort out the best course of action. If possible, please email photographs of any damaged products received as this helps us to provide a swifter response to your complaint.
OVERSEAS- CUSTOMS CHARGES
Customers from outside the European Union may incur local duty and taxes on certain items. With the increasing use of the Internet and more people buying goods from overseas we are forever hearing stories of complaints that the seller did not make the customer aware of the full cost of the goods.
PLEASE NOTE: As the seller we have no obligation to do anything other than provide the goods at the sale price and declare the goods correctly for export. Unfortunately when the postman arrives at your door wanting more money from you, that is due to your own countries customs and taxation laws. Please check with your local customs department for information on import charges.
All printed matter is declared as such on the package and to the best of our knowledge is not affected by import duties.
REFUNDS
Unfortunately items listed within this website may get deleted at any time by any given supplier. In the event that we are unable to supply the item we will email you first and give you the option of a full refund or ordering another product. If you accidentally order the wrong item, or quantity via this store, we will happily refund the value of the item (s). However any additional post and packing that may have been charged as a result of input error, will not be refunded as there is an on cost with our bank for processing refunds.
